Information about the 2012 Paralympic Games qualifying event for European players with an intellectual disability is now available on the Table Tennis page.
The Inas Youtube site now features the speeches made by Lorraine Landon (Australian Paralympic athlete) and Steve Holland (former athlete and father of Nerice Holland – elite swimmer with an intellectual disability) to the 2011 Inas conference and general assembly.
The 2011 Inas Conference and General Assembly closed in Canberra, Australia on Sunday following 2 days of debate, discussion and planning.
Dr Bob Price was elected to serve a further term as President, whilst Karon Nicol (Secretary General), Michel Chopinaud (Treasurer) and Professor Jan Burns (Head of Eligibility) were each returned to serve in the new Executive.
Delegates have begun to arrive in Canberra, Australia for the 2011 Inas conference and general assembly. More than 26 nations will attend the event, which is hosted by AUSRAPID in association with the Australian Sports Commission.
