Vacancy: Sports Manager

16th October 2014

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with a growing international charity. The successful applicant will be responsible for the successful delivery of Inas’ strategic objective four – “to deliver World Class events and sports development”, managing an annual programme of championship events, the Inas Global Games, and development activities to drive participation.

 

Fundraising Officer (6 part-time posts)

We are seeking to recruit six Fundraising Officers. These are new roles within the organisation and we are looking for enthusiastic, responsible people, who are interested in helping to raise funds for Inas and enjoy talking to people. All posts are based in the UK.

 

Eligibility Panel Members

27th February 2014

The Inas Eligibility Panel works under the direction of the Eligibility Committee to consider athlete eligibility applications. The role is undertaken remotely making use of email and internet.

Panel members should:

  • Be qualified psychologists, familiar with international standards for the classification and assessment of intellectual disability
 

Sport Committee members

4th September 2013

Inas has a number of vacancies within its newly created Sports Committees.

Inas Sports Committees will lead and manage the Inas sport programme. In particular they are responsible for writing and implementing a sport development plan for growing their sport across all regions, all aspects of competition management, classification management (where applicable), identification of project funding and for fostering positive and mutually beneficial partnerships with International Federations.

 

Sport Director (Cycling)

11th January 2013

Sports Directors lead and manage the Inas Sport programme.

In particular they are responsible for development and growth across all regions, all aspects of competition management, classification management (where applicable) and for fostering positive and mutually beneficial partnerships with International Federations.

The Sport Director is a member of the Technical Committee for Inas.

 

Translators

6th October 2010

The role:
Translators will work on an occasional basis to translate the organisations policies, forms and publications into additional languages. We are principally looking for volunteers who are fluent in English, plus one or more of French, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese.

The role will be undertaken by email and internet though occasional travel to meetings may be needed.

Applications should be supported by your national member organisation. Inas does not cover out-of-pocket expenses unless otherwise stated - this should be agreed with your member organisation before applying.
