Inas

Inas is the recognised International Federation for intellectual disability sport.

Our sports activities are organised according to the rules of the International Federations for sport. We give athletes with an intellectual disability the opportunity to be the best in the World.

Each year we organise more than 15 World and Regional Championship competitions in 11 different sports and we are actively growing our programme of activity.

We believe that, with the right support and coaching, athletes with an intellectual disability can achieve their potential

Overcoming barriers

Despite their enormous talent, athletes with an intellectual disability must overcome a number of barriers to be the best in their sport. Sadly, too many people still find it difficult to get involved in sport, to find a club or coach, or to access competition.

Inas is challenging attitudes to people with an intellectual disability by providing an opportunity to perform and to be successful.

We create role models for other people follow, and we support champions.
